Important Driving & Vehicle Safety Notice
Stella Voice features specialized in-car acoustic DSP feedback suppression and hands-free synchronization. Drivers must always prioritize road attention, vehicle control, and traffic regulations above all else. Do not operate touch controls or look at the screen while the vehicle is moving. The operator shall have no liability for traffic citations, accidents, or damages arising from inattentive driving.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Stella Voice application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this App.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Stella Voice Studio / POPPROTOCOL ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").
2. License Grant & Scope of Use
Subject to your continuous compliance with these Terms, we grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download and run the App on compatible Apple iOS devices that you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
- Creator Freedom: You are granted full rights to process vocals, track multi-part harmonies, and export master audio mixes for your personal, portfolio, or commercial musical works, subject to third-party intellectual property laws.
- Restrictions: You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code or proprietary CoreML acoustic models embedded within the App, except to the extent permitted by applicable law.
3. Audio Content, Intellectual Property & Copyright
Your Voice & Recordings Belong to You
You retain 100% intellectual property ownership of your original voice recordings, lyrics, and musical arrangements created using the App. We claim zero copyright, license, or ownership over your creative output.
Responsibility for Imported Backing Audio
When utilizing vocal separation features on external audio files or YouTube backing sources for karaoke or rehearsal, you are solely responsible for ensuring you hold the appropriate statutory rights, mechanical licenses, or fair-use permissions from the respective copyright holders.
You agree not to use the App to produce, store, or distribute content that infringes upon third-party copyrights, trademarks, or publicity rights.
4. In-Car & Driving Acoustic Operation
Stella Voice includes low-latency acoustic feedback suppression specifically designed to facilitate hands-free singing and practice inside vehicle cabins:
- Vehicle Safety Prerequisite: The driver must keep their eyes on the road and hands on the wheel at all times. All audio session parameters should be configured before initiating travel or by a passenger.
- Indemnity for Road Incidents: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company disclaims any liability for traffic infractions, accidents, bodily harm, or damages resulting from driver distraction or improper audio volume levels.
5. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases (StoreKit)
Certain advanced studio DSP plugins, high-density neural separation models, and unlimited multi-track recording may require a PRO Studio Master subscription or consumable in-app purchase.
- Payment & Billing: All transactions are handled securely through Apple's App Store via your Apple ID account.
- Automatic Renewal: Auto-renewable subscriptions renew automatically unless turned off at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current period in your iOS Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
- Refund Policy: All refunds and billing disputes are subject exclusively to Apple's standard App Store refund policies and guidelines.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that real-time audio separation will achieve 100% vocal isolation on all audio genres, or that hardware latency will remain below 10ms on older hardware models.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall POPPROTOCOL, its developers, affiliates, directors, or licensors be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, audio recordings, goodwill, or operational interruption arising out of the use or inability to use the App.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Seoul, Republic of Korea.
